Pabineau First Nation

Pabineau First Nation’s most popular attraction is the water Falls. Pabineau Falls is one of the most beautiful natural wonders of northern New Brunswick. The river narrows and swirls around a tangle of rocks. In spring, it is a sight to behold the breaking up of the ice, and in autumn, to watch the salmon jump the falls.

Pabineau Falls is only a 4 minute drive beyond the Pabineau Seafood Restaurant. Pabineau Falls is a “must-see” for every one who visits the Chaleur region

The Pabineau First Nation hosts an annual Pow-wow which is held at our new “Flying Eagle Memorial Pow-wow Grounds” throughout the first weekend of July (Saturday and Sunday). The public is welcome to join the festivities and are encouraged to join hundreds of Aboriginal people as they joyfully celebrate their Aboriginal culture. This public event is free to attend and, as always an “alcohol and drug-free” event. Please visit out Facebook page “Pabineau First Nation Annual Pow-wow” for updates.
